Errors can be counted in three places

1) Application, if you manage to connect to the BLE module, which is most often not possible, sometimes there is also a decryption of the error

2) Squeaking in the form of long and short signals

3) Green LED on the main controller of the scooter

all errors are two-digit, long signals are the first digit, short signals are the second digit, by number.

Most of the codes are obtained from analysis of the firmware code and through experimentation; inaccuracies are possible. The codes are given for firmware v1.3.0, changes are possible in other versions.

Errors 35 and 36 in practice mean that the battery or controller has not been activated and requires a service procedure available at the factory, service centers and some dealers. Well, or “just” replace the battery or controller.
