Can I use my EcoFlow while charging?

We can say with confidence - yes. The generator supports charging when connected to an AC outlet, car charger or solar panel. However, when the device's battery is critically low or about to run low, it is best not to use it while connected to a DC charger (solar/car charging). During this time, if the original power is lower than or equal to that declared by the manufacturer, the device will continue to consume power. This can lead to the battery not working properly and ultimately causing damage.

Why is my device not charging 100%?

In such cases, it is best to ensure that the battery setting feature in the app is set to 100%.

You can also calibrate the SoC. You can completely discharge and then charge the battery. That is, approximately the same algorithm as when working with a mobile phone.

Can I charge my station using third-party solar panels?

Yes you can. The generator supports MC4 universal ports. Connect your car charger to the MC4 port - it can be compatible with most existing solar panels. We recommend using solar panels with a maximum charging power of 200W, a 10-25V outlet and a maximum DC current of 10A.

What is the additional X-Boost feature?

With X-Boost technology, the AC inverter can power appliances with power ratings ranging from 600W to 1800W. This protects against overload and helps avoid malfunctions.

For best performance, we recommend using electrical appliances no more than 1200 W. The option is also relevant when you need to simultaneously turn on several voltage-demanding devices.
