However, despite their reliability, washing machines from the brand remain just equipment that sometimes fails. Thanks to modern technology, owners can independently determine the cause of most problems. For this purpose, error codes are provided, which, in the event of a breakdown, are displayed on the digital display of the machine.
The hatch door is not tightly closed. For machines with the Easy Door option, you need to check:
the presence of electrical voltage between contacts 3 and 5 in the hatch lock and between contacts 3 and 4 in connector J4 of the electrical controller;
secure closure of the door lock;
door lock micro switch operation;
electronic controller.
If the Easy Door function is missing, replace the controller and door lock.

The signal from the tachogenerator has disappeared. The problem can be resolved in the following ways: eliminating jamming of drum bearings;

The temperature sensor is broken / the heater relay is stuck. To solve the problem, you should check the operation of the relay, controller and temperature sensor, as well as possible damage to the electrical circuit.

F04 |
The pressure switch is faulty. It is necessary to evaluate the integrity of the wires between it and the controller, and if necessary, replace these components.

F05 |
The drain pump is blocked or an "Empty tank" signal is given from the float sensor after draining. Check the drain hose, filter mesh, J9 connector connections. Sometimes the problem is resolved by replacing the electronic module or drain pump.

F06 |
Button error occurs in Ariston Dialogic models. It is necessary to replace the keys on the control panel or restore the contacts between the controller and the control unit.

F07 |
Water level below the heater. If the machine is equipped with an EVO-I controller, you should diagnose the heater relay, controller, connections and electrical circuits. In models with EVO-II, both the controller itself and the electrical circuits, heating elements and pressure switch are checked.

F08 |
“Sticking” of the heater relay (in the absence of water in the machine) or simultaneous signaling of “Empty tank” and “Overflow” from the level sensor. It is necessary to evaluate the performance of the pressure switch and the electrical controller, and determine the condition of the connections between the electronic module and the heater.

F09 |
Non-volatile EEPROM memory failure, SETUP option error. The EEPROM chip or the entire electronic module must be replaced.

F10 |
The tank does not fill completely. For machines with the EVO-I module, the level sensor is diagnosed; for EVO-IIІ, the connections between the controller and the pressure switch are assessed.

F11 |
The drain pump does not work. If the car has an EVO-I controller, you need to diagnose the pressure switch and drain pump, check contacts CN1 and CNF. For equipment with EVO-II, the condition of the controller, pump and contacts between these nodes is assessed.

F12 |
There is no connection between the electrical controller and the display module. Models with EVO-I require checking both the display module or controller itself and the integrity of the connecting circuit between them. If a machine with EVO-II breaks down, it is necessary to additionally check the condition of the SMS connectors of the electrical controller.

F13 |
The temperature sensor circuit is shorted or broken (for machines with a drying function). Repair actions are similar to error F03.

F14 |
The machine does not dry clothes. Check the controller, drying heating element and connections between them.

F15 |
Drying does not turn off. The problem may arise due to the pressure switch, connection board, or damage to the circuit between the drying heater and the electrical controller.

F17 |
The hatch door is not tightly closed. For machines with the Easy Door option, you need to check:
